CONSĬustomer Service is awful and technical support seemed only interested in taking me through their pre-planned agenda. Getting started with the very basics of using the platform was fairly easy. I've reached out to my contact at Houzz to get this resolved and I am now being ignored.The fees charged to us need to be refunded immediately. I reported the error and it was corrected in March of 2023 but Houzz has refused to issue us a refund for the charges that should never have happened. On HouzzPro’s side of things, the system was never updated and we were charged for services, that we did not agree to, in January and February of 2023. However, we were assured that we would not be renewed in December of 2022. Though we disagreed, we accepted it as it was part of the terms of service. At that time we were told that we still had to pay for the entirety of 2022. Awful.We signed up for the service in January of 2022 and notified HouzzPro in February 2022 (in writing via email) that we were not happy with the service and did not want to continue service.
